      Hi Collchi, thanks for your comment in my blog. I must to check, but i'm pretty sure i have the Schlumberger Eclipse Simulation 2014, but, on the other hand i have IPM Software Version 7.5, I don't know if this version is too old for you, please let me know. I'll be uploadind SLB Eclipse 2014 to MEGA in the next 2 days, if the IPM v7.5 works for you let me know and I upload it, too.

    Soy estudiante de Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad Nacional del Nordeste en Argentina. Actualmente estoy haciendo mi tesis de final de carrera, y necesito usar el Surfer el cual no he utilizado nunca, y se me esta haciendo dificil.
    Te quería consultar si no dispones del manual del software para compartirme? Estoy usando la versión 13 del programa.

      El tema con ese manual es que solo tiene hasta la parte básica del software, y a mi me servirían algunos de los capítulos siguientes, que no están incluidos en esa preview. :(

    Felices fiestas, estimado Carlo; quede gratamente sorprendido por el desprendimiento que demuestras al apoyar a los que te consultan y por el significativo aporte que realizas al mantener un sitio de esta temática. En lo personal, conoci tu sitio hace unos pocos dias y ya aproveche algo del material que ofertas, muchas gracias.
    Me gustaria por favor el momento que dispongas de tiempo, me puedas orientar sobre como conseguir algun software similar al RES2D para modelar tomografias electricas y tambien algun tutorial que me permita geolocalizar mis tomografias y elaborar un mapa 3D del terreno mostrando los resultados obtenidos.

      Por alguna razón, pude ver tu mensaje por el e-mail pero por acá no, de cualquier forma te comento que acá te dejo el link de una software freeware (libre) que tiene características similares a RES2D, sin embargo no he tenido oportunidad de probarlo, así que me comentarás después si te funciona.

      Respecto a georreferenciar tus datos y generar un gráfico 3D, acá te dejo un manual básico de surfer 13. Confío en que puede servirte para comenzar a manejar el software.

      Hello,

      I checked and the "Office TimeLine" plug-in needs a serial key that's not easy to get for free. I understand you probably have the free version, with some limitations and this could be a issue for you. The next 3 days I'll search deeply if there is a keygen for this software, if this exists sure i'll find it.

      Another option is create a keygen for this software, but this demands a considerable amount of time and effort. Anyway also I'll find out for this option and if is feasible.

      The sunday january 8, i'll have a final answer about this.

      De ese programa tengo la versión 2011.2.2, pero creo que la licencia expiró, por ser un software de Schlumberger es difícil conseguir licencias. Si sé de algún software similar creo un post con él.

    saludos amigo, agradezco el haber encontrado tu pagina, soy un estudiante de la carrera en geociencias y estoy realizando mi proyecto de titulación sobre análisis de registros para evaluación de un campo petrolero, y ando buscando algun software para realizar tal proyecto, entre los programas que compartes con la comunidad no tendrás subido el PowerLog, el geoframe o el techlog, o en cualquier otro caso algun programa para evaluación de registros por medio de archivos .las, espero tu respuesta y de antemano muchas gracias por las aportaciones que haces a la comunidad, Dtb.

      Para evaluación petrofísica sugiero que uses el PRIZM de Geographix, acá lo puedes descargar:

      Hay otros programas como Interactive Petrophysics (también acá posteado), pero como sabrás son programas con modificaciones para hacerlos funcionar sin licencia genuina, y a veces presentan problemas en determinadas situaciones, puede que te funcione bien con unos archivos .las y con otros no. Por eso recomiendo mejor PRIZM.

      Hi,

      The installer is relatively easy to find, even i've the installer of 2016 version, but, the problem is get a valid license and make a patch for this type of software, make it happen demands a considerable amount of effort and time, using reverse engineering of software.

      If I find a useful patch, sure i'll post the software.

    Hola Carlo, como vas? actualmente estoy trabajando en HLB en la parte de control de calidad de regitros LWD, me gustaria conseguir un programa un tanto sencillo e intuitivo para cargar facilmente archivos .las y plotear las curvas en profundidad y de esta forma poder hacer tareas como: comparar curvas de tiempo real vs memoria de la herramienta, verificar si cuadran en profunidad repuesta de las curvas ploteadas, etc, etc, me cuentas por favor y quedo atento.

      Hola,

      Lo más parecido que tengo a lo que necesitas es Interactive Petrophysics (IP), pero no estoy 100 % seguro de que te sirva exactamente para trabajar en tiempo real mientras corres los registros (LWD/MWD), podrás ver curvas GR, CAL, SP, LLD, NPHI etc, plotearlas en profundidad, comparar, realizar interpretación básica y/o avanzada etc. La version que tengo de IP es algo vieja pero es lo más estable que se consigue entre las crakeadas que hay por ahí. Cualquier duda estoy a la orden.

      Hola Carlo, tal como lo mencionas la version no es la más estable, pero está bastante bien para mi. Una vez he conseguido diseñar mi plantilla con todas las curvas que utilizo es muy practico para cargar los archivos .las lo que hace que casi en tiempo real pueda monitorear los pozos con LWD.

    I got a problem after downloading the Geolog 7 software + tutorials from this blog.
    The software installation needed a password and all the files in the zip folder (geolog 7 +tutorials) need a password as well to be opened.

    Carlo buenas tardes, tengo algunas consultas
    1) Tengo interés en el IMEX y GEM (y todo lo que tenga que ver con estos dos simuladores. para eso tengo que bajar el CMG verdad?
    2) Baje el archivo: CMG.2015.101.x64 pero cuando quiero descomprimirlo aparentemente el password que esta debajo la imagen no el el correcto.

      IMEX Y GEM entiendo que son del mismo desarrollador, así que supongo que funcionan con el CMG.

      Respecto a descomprimir, estás usando WinRar 5.0 o más reciente?

    I did a download of this programme 'Geosoft Oasis Montaj v8.4 build 12.05.2015' last year, and I just noticed that it isn´t on your website anymore. Could you please give me the password to unzip the files that I had already downloaded?

      Hi,

      The password is: www.geocienciasvirtual.blogspot.com.co

      The fixed instructions are:

      Windows 10 (for certain) and Windows 8 (may be) don't let the *.bat files running
      You've to use the command prompt to execute zzz.exe

      Disable all connections and read lavteam.nfo before you've started to install OM

      1. Install 8.3
      2. Regedit
      3. Repair
      4. Copy all zzz files to the install directory
      5. Type in command prompt C:\Program Files (x86)\Geosoft\bin\zzz.exe /install=zzz.geosoft_license
      6. Update

      Profit

      UP: Or you may change the zzz.bat extension to .cmd - Win10 allow to run *.cmd files
